Terms and conditions:

• Rates are dynamic and subject to change based on availability at the time of booking.

• Booking confirmations are subject to availability. We are not holding any reservations for hotel rooms at this stage. If the mentioned hotel is sold out at the time of confirmation, a similar category hotel will be provided at our sole discretion.

• Holiday surcharges (e.g., for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and other major events or festivals at the destination) will be charged extra, if applicable. The Peak/Festival/Event period surcharge will be notified at the time of booking confirmation.

• Any optional excursions, activities, or services not included in the package itinerary are not covered by us. These may be arranged at your own expense. We are happy to offer guidance and recommendations, but the responsibility for additional costs lies with the traveler.

• This tour option and the special rate are valid until 10th of Dec. 2025. Early booking is recommended to ensure hotel and vehicle availability.

• Airport transfers, accommodation, sightseeing, and transportation will be provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary. Any additional detours or personal requests may result in extra charges.

• Travel documents such as passports and visas must be valid for the duration of the trip. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all necessary documentation is in order prior to travel.

• Supreme Travels is not responsible for any delays or changes caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

• Cancellation or no-show policy: In case of cancellation or no-show after confirmation, charges may apply depending on hotel or service provider policies. These will be informed case-by-case.
